Entrance to the Library
Stepping into the recently renovated Hämeenlinna main library is a delight for interior photographers. At first glance, you're drawn to its vibrantly coloured interior surfaces and unique furniture design; in its centre sits a glowing orange space that serves as the hub of activity within this beautiful building.
Interiors with Bright Natural Tones
With a vibrant colour scheme enlivening the library, navigating from one department to another is easy and enjoyable. Bright shades of natural hues create an eye-catching contrast between departments while also seamlessly integrating into one unified look that's sure to take your breath away!
Luminous Magazine Reading Room

The Furniture Used
Lammhults Biblioteksdesign A/S provided for KM Interiors Oy all of the necessary furniture pieces needed for the project. This included tables, chairs, shelving units, and other storage solutions that were designed specifically for libraries. The design of the bookshelves went above and beyond to meet the needs of each department. Not only did elegant lights gracefully illuminate items, but cosy seating areas were strategically placed for optimal comfort. These thoughtful touches must make book browsing a real pleasure!
