We start with a virtual meeting or having a cup of coffee or even better meeting directly at location of the photoshoot where we discuss the goals of your project and what kind of pictures you want to be taken. On the agreed date I will arrive at the location and use the time agreed to capture everything.
As soon as the photoshoot is done, I will start the post-procession. I will deliver all pictures, carefully edited, using a password protected online gallery. Pictures will be delivered within 3 weeks after the photoshoot. At the gallery you’ll have the ability to browse your photos and make a selection of your favorites, and download the ones you like most – or the full gallery.
You have the freedom to incorporate photos on your social media, website, blog posts, and marketing material. When sharing images at social media channels or across the web, don’t forget to give credit where it’s due and mention my company. When you would like use a photo for competitions or other publications by third parties, seek out permission first.

To ensure a successful photoshoot, it’s great to get familiar with the location prior. Even if I can’t make it there in person, having pictures and videos of the area plus an established shoot list are key!
Collaboration is key when it comes to photography, and I believe inviting an interior designer along for the photoshoot can make all the difference. Having as much detail about a property allows me to capture its essence in each image – plus you’ll get the opportunity preview every setup and still do small changes before taking the picture.
When it comes to taking interior photos, cloudy days may often provide the best lighting with a softer and more even light, compared to sunny days. On sunny days, it is also possible to take beautiful interior photographs. Numerous factors, such as the size of the windows, the orientation of the windows, and the timing of the photoshoot, all contribute to the success of the shot.
Shot list – Before beginning your project, spend some time crafting a shot-list to ensure you highlight all the key features. This will give focus and structure to your work so that nothing important is missed!
Free of clutter – To achieve a truly stunning interior photo, make sure your space is free of clutter! Remove any unnecessary items in the room. It will save me time and with neatness comes added elegance.
Staging – Stage your interior for the photoshoot with delicate bouquets, vibrant fruit displays or using pillows – for example. These extras will add a sense of liveliness to the atmosphere while creating captivating visual interest.
Lights off – To create an engaging and captivating environment, designers often opt for lights to be off when shooting a photograph. This way the image can highlight any flattering elements in the space such as natural lighting from windows or colored shades that capture moods of serenity or vibrancy. If the contrast is too big – multiple images with different light settings can be used for blending together the perfect photo.

Rain or shine, don’t worry! Interior shoots will go on regardless of the weather as clouds help to create some stunning indoor shots. If outdoor shoots were planned also – no worries: just let me know and let’s reschedule the photoshoots. In case of rescheduling happens 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot – an extra 50 euros excluding VAT will be charged.
Natural light is my go-to source of illumination when it comes to capturing interiors, but if the difference between shadows and highlights is too intense even then, I opt for bracketing.
I use a wireless tethering system that connects my camera directly to an iPad, so no matter where we are in the room, I’m able to immediately adjust furniture and accessories live on screen. This method allows us both to see details up close; it’s always valuable when getting just-right shots every time!
You can receive your images in as few as three weeks or less, depending on the scope of your project and my current workload. For an even faster turnaround time, rush processing is possible!
Enjoy the ultimate freedom of viewing, downloading and sharing your amazing images with easy to use and password-protected web gallery. Select your desired resolution when you download images – it’s that simple.
All packages include one round of revision edit of images for a perfect finish. More detailed retouching like sky swapping, lush landscapes and complicated object removal can be done but will require an additional fee of 100 euros per hour.

After the photoshoot, you’ll receive a final invoice shortly. Don’t forget that the balance must be taken care of to get hold of the images. I’m happy to accept payment through bank transfer.
No matter the circumstances, I’m always here to help. Let’s explore new times and dates that work with our schedules. In case of rescheduling happens 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot – an extra 50 euros excluding VAT will be charged.
Cancelling your photoshoot less than two weeks in advance will incur a penalty fee of 50 euros, excluding VAT. Make sure to let me know if you need to re-schedule or cancel the appointment at least 14 days prior!
I am the proud owner of all my photographs and my images contain copyright information. My interior photoshoot packages include a licence for you to use images taken in various way, such as social media, website, blogs or marketing purposes – giving you a variety of options when it comes to showcasing your content.
You may not share your photos without our mutual consent. If subcontractor wants licensing access, please get in touch with me at info@photosbyville.com to discuss licencing options.
